What we do
Eight scopes on a build normally means eight subcontractors, eight schedules to sequence and eight people to chase when one slips. We supply and install all eight ourselves — mechanical rough-in through to the final coat — so the material, the workmanship and the schedule sit with one contractor. Residential and commercial, new construction.
Doors and hardware supplied and hung square, fitted and adjusted so they still close cleanly years from now — not just on install day. Material and labour both come from us, so there's no gap between who supplied it and who stands behind it.
Windows supplied and set square, flashed and sealed for Alberta winters. The prep behind the frame is what keeps drafts and water out — that's where we spend the time, and it's the part nobody sees.
Complete plumbing supplied and installed — underground and rough-in through to fixtures and trim-out. Pressure tested and ready for inspection at every stage.
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning supplied and installed, sized to your drawings — ductwork through to equipment and start-up.
Board, steel stud, mud and tape supplied as well as installed — so the material, the finish and the schedule are all on us. Because we paint it afterwards too, there's nowhere for a rushed drywall job to hide.
Batt, blown-in and spray foam supplied and installed, with vapour barrier detailed and sealed properly — the difference between passing inspection first time and doing it twice.
STI-certified fire stop supplied and installed. Penetrations, joints and head-of-wall sealed to the listed system — the scope a commercial GC least wants to gamble on.
Paint supplied and applied, with the prep done properly — filled, sanded, primed and cut in by hand. Straight lines and even coverage that still look sharp in five years.
How we work
No vague timelines and no surprise invoices. Every job we take follows the same four steps.
Send us the drawings and we'll do the take-off, or we'll come out and measure the site. Whichever suits your stage of build.
A written price against your drawings and scope, with a start date we can hold. Nothing gets ordered until you approve it.
Material ordered and on site ahead of our start. Our own crew runs each trade in sequence, to your build schedule.
Deficiency list cleared before we invoice. From sign-off, the one-year workmanship warranty runs.
Why Complete
Callbacks cost us more than doing the work right costs you — and on a build, they cost you your schedule. That's the whole business model.
General contractors and builders: we supply WCB clearance letters, certificates of insurance and fire stop certification on request — usually the same day you ask.
However the work gets split up, it's one company standing behind all of it — no finger-pointing between trades when something's wrong. That's seven fewer subcontractors for you to sequence, and seven fewer numbers to call when a date moves.
Doors, windows, mechanical, board, insulation, fire stop and paint all come from us and go in by us — no material run-around, and one company accountable if something isn't right.
We size the crew to the job and finish our scope inside the window you gave us, so the next trade starts on the date you booked them for.
The price we quote is the price you pay unless the scope changes and you approve it. We show up when we said we would, because your other trades are booked behind us.
Active WCB coverage and full liability insurance. Certificates are available on request — ask and we'll send them the same day.
